I check my email every day, unless I am away for an event, so even if you contact me just a few days ahead of a challenge I'm sure we can sort something out. Be warned though, you may be asked to make a small donation to Action Medical Research if it's not one of their organised events. If it is an Action Medical Research organised event, you will need to follow their guidelines and any minimum sponsorship amounts.
